The process
01. AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR TEAM
Upon coming on board with us you will have an introductory call from our Account Manager. They will run through your Service Agreement with you to make sure everything is clear between both parties, he will then give you a brief overview of how things will go while working with us and then direct you to your allocated project manager.
02. CALL WITH YOUR DESIGN MANAGER
You will be assigned a project manager that has been chosen due to their suitability for your brand’s content creation. This designer will have an introductory call with you to discuss your Logo and branding, any ideas you have, the ethos of your company and the message you are trying to convey to the consumer and any questions they may have about the project.
03. DESIGNER STARTS THEIR RESEARCH
With the information from your introductory call, your designer will get to work coming up with ideas for the first batch of designs. By researching your industry and from the notes they have taken from your conversation and of course using their own knowledge of what works, they will come up with a range of branding concepts, which they will then send to you for approval.
04. LOGO DEVELOPMENT
Once you have discussed the initial ideas your designer sent to you they will set to work on the second draft developing the ideas even further until the arrive at a final Logo you love!
05. BRANDING GUIDELINES
With the information from your introductory call, your designer will get to work coming up with ideas for the first batch of designs. 06. HANDOVER

“HOW MANY DIFFERENT DESIGNS DO I GET TO CHOOSE FROM?”
There is no limit, you will work with your designer until they provide you with a logo you love!
“WHAT FORMATS WILL MY LOGO COME IN?”
Your Logo will be delivered to you in all formats including Vector, Ai, SPG, EPS, JPEG and PDF
“CAN I CHOOSE WHAT COLOURS ARE USED WITHIN MY BRANDING PACKAGE?”
Yes you can work closely with your designer to create the perfect colour pallet for your businesses branding.
“WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY LOGO TO GET IT PRINTED ON CLOTHING?”
Yes! Your logo will be available in all formats to ensure it can be used anywhere you need it.
